Every French company, from the register.

Belda is the Autonomous Revenue Operating System. It reads the Annuaire des Entreprises, the state's own search over its register of companies, and never a bought database. The list comes back with a source under every row.

Register The Annuaire des Entreprises, DINUM's search over INSEE's Sirene register and INPI's national register of companies, read through its open API

On the register Nearly 25 million enterprises and 36 million establishments, INSEE's own figure for the Sirene base, the ceased ones included, as the register stated it on 17 October 2024, read 15 October 2026. Source: the Annuaire des Entreprises

You say who you sell to in France, in words. The agent turns the words into NAF codes and a departement or a postcode, asks the open API at recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr with no key, then reads each company's own site.

What Belda does

It does the selling, and you say yes.

What the register holds

DINUM, the state's interministerial digital directorate, keeps the Annuaire des Entreprises, a search over INSEE's Sirene register and INPI's national register of companies, and publishes its API open to anyone, with no key, at 7 requests a second for one address and 25 results a page. INSEE's own page on the Sirene base says nearly 25 million enterprises and 36 million establishments, updated daily, read by the machine on 15 October 2026; the ceased ones are in that figure, and every row says whether it is active or ceased. The Sirene base is published under the License Ouverte 2.0, so a row may be stored and shown with its source and its date named. The industry code is NAF rev. 2, the French form of the European one, four digits and a letter, 732 codes the search accepts. A natural person who has objected to the diffusion of their data is masked by the register, identity and address, and the search leaves out the companies the register does not diffuse. The search lists who runs a company, from INPI, on every row.

What Belda reads

The activite_principale. The legal unit's NAF code, four digits and a letter, the code the search filters by, a comma list of codes in one read. The agent turns your words into the codes, and the row's source line shows them.

The siege. The head office's commune with its code, its code_postal and its libelle_commune, so a list is drawn by place: the search filters by departement or by code_postal, and one read takes one of the two.

The nature_juridique and the date_creation. As the search states them: the four-digit legal category code of the legal unit, 5710 for a SAS, and the day the company was created in ISO form.

The siren and the nom_raison_sociale. The legal unit's SIREN number and its registered name, so the company stands once on your list under its own number.

The etat_administratif. A for active and C for ceased on every row, so a company leaves your list the day the register flips the field.

What Belda never stores

A person's email address or phone number, which the search does not carry. Its documented fields are the legal unit's and its establishments', and Belda reads a row's company fields alone: its number, its name, its code, its seat, its form, its dates and its state.

A dirigeant's name from the search's own list of who runs the company, from INPI, on a company that has not said yes. Belda reads no officer of a French company today.

A row the register masks. A natural person who objected is under partial diffusion, statut_diffusion P, and the register hides the identity and the address, so Belda leaves the row out and counts it, never lands it.

A row that did not come from a list you asked for. Every row names its register and its read date, or it does not enter the list.

Three questions of every row

Where did it come from. When was it true. Who said I may write to it. The register answers the first two on every row. France's register carries no marketing flag: a natural person who objected is masked by the register and never enters the list, and for the rest the market's rule does that work instead. After the register the agent reads the company's own site and marks fit with the sentence it found there and the page it was on.

What a buyer asks about France's register

Where do the French companies on my list come from?

Belda reads the Annuaire des Entreprises, the state's own search over its register of companies, and never a bought database. You say who you sell to in France, in words. The agent turns the words into NAF codes and a departement or a postcode, asks the open API at recherche-entreprises.api.gouv.fr with no key, then reads each company's own site.

What does Belda never store from France's register?

A person's email address or phone number, which the search does not carry. A dirigeant's name from the search's own list of who runs the company, from INPI, on a company that has not said yes. A row the register masks. A row that did not come from a list you asked for.
