Switch

Switch from Salesforce.

The enterprise system of record. Belda does the work, and you decide with one key. Your Salesforce export comes across as a file, deduplicated by domain, name and e-mail, the field map approved before anything is written.

What changes on Monday

On Monday the replies are read for you. Every reply is read into one of twelve classes and answered in its own language; a held reply waits with the answer drafted and the rule that held it, and you approve, edit or dismiss it with one key. In Salesforce, on its own threads the Engagement agent reads each reply and decides: an interested reply gets a meeting link with the seller copied, a question gets an answer from the data library, an off-topic reply gets a generic answer with the owner copied and the agent disengages, and no reply gets nudges up to a maximum. In Salesforce, the Engagement agent writes in the one language the administrator picks when building it, and the web lead agent likewise takes one language per agent.

The meeting books itself from your calendar. Two genuinely free slots go inside the answer, under your own rules for lead time, hours and meetings a day; the slot ledger refuses a double booking and the invite leaves from you. In Salesforce, Insert Availability puts open slots from the seller's connected calendar into the e-mail and books the event when the recipient picks one, or a scheduling link lets them pick any free time.

The deal moves when the work moves. A meeting the agent booked moves the deal on its own, with the reason on the timeline, and only you move it to Won. In Salesforce, Einstein Activity Capture syncs e-mails and events to the record without typing.

What you keep

Your record. Your Salesforce export comes across as a file, deduplicated by domain, name and e-mail, the field map approved before anything is written. Nobody you imported gets a letter until you release their market.

Your mailbox, your calendar, your notetaker and your team's chat stay yours. Letters leave from your own mailbox through the send gate, the notetaker you already pay for connects in one press, and Slack or Teams carries the card to the channel you name, where you decide it with the same keys.

Your rules, market by market. A market card sets the default language and the rules for each market, with the reason for each, and the person's own language wins over the card.

What Belda does that Salesforce only recorded: 7 of 19

  • Guard every send with code, and let me decide with one key. Salesforce: partly. Belda: The model drafts; the quote guard, the letter guard, the policy check and the slot ledger stand between every draft and the prospect; you decide with one key, and a reply goes out unattended only once that kind of reply has earned it on your own record; step in once, it is pulled back.
  • Run one record from the first letter to the settled invoice, and keep what accumulates mine. Salesforce: partly. Belda: One record from the first letter to the meeting, the recap, the quote, the signature and the invoice, yours to export with the source and the day behind every fact, with no other CRM under it.
  • Answer in the prospect's language. Salesforce: partly. Belda: The language is read off the reply itself and the answer is written in it within minutes; the market card sets the default and the person's own language wins.
  • Draft the proposal from the call, held for me. Salesforce: partly. Belda: After a held meeting the agent proposes the quote from the transcript and your price book, and it waits for your yes.
  • Quote and sign. Salesforce: partly. Belda: Pick the product and the deal adds up; the quote leaves from the deal with TCV, MRR and ARR; it goes out for signature and the deal comes back Won on its own.
  • Invoice. Salesforce: partly, separate product. Belda: The first invoice is drafted where your money is counted; the invoice that went out sits on the deal with whether it was paid, and the agent never upsells a customer with an unpaid invoice.
  • Bring my old CRM across in one press. Salesforce: partly. Belda: Pipedrive and HubSpot come across with one login; the field map is approved before anything is written, an import undoes, a second run adds only what is new, and nobody imported gets a letter until you release their market; any other CRM comes across by file with the columns mapped once.

What Salesforce does well: 12 of 19

  • Answer every reply and book the meeting from my calendar: From the rows below: the Engagement agent reads the replies on its own threads, answers questions from its data library and books through a link from the record owner's calendar, writing in the one language set for the agent, its own threads.
  • Find the companies: Agentforce Prospecting researches target accounts and people for compelling events, finds likely buyers, enriches the buyer circle and hands the seller a list of accounts and contacts ranked on intent and activity signals, with the ideal customer defined in plain words and net new names from Salesforce and outside data vendors, add-on.
  • Write the first letter: The Engagement agent writes and sends a first letter by e-mail from the lead or contact record and follows up with nudges, add-on.
  • Send from my own mailbox: A seller's Salesforce e-mail can be sent through the seller's own Gmail or Microsoft 365 account, and the Outlook and Gmail integrations work from the seller's own inbox.
  • Read every reply: On its own threads the Engagement agent reads each reply and decides: an interested reply gets a meeting link with the seller copied, a question gets an answer from the data library, an off-topic reply gets a generic answer with the owner copied and the agent disengages, and no reply gets nudges up to a maximum, its own threads.
  • Book from my calendar: Insert Availability puts open slots from the seller's connected calendar into the e-mail and books the event when the recipient picks one, or a scheduling link lets them pick any free time.
  • Record itself: Einstein Activity Capture syncs e-mails and events to the record without typing.
  • Join my calls: Einstein Conversation Insights connects a recording provider (Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet are the named video sources), transcribes the call and writes call summaries with next steps, and in-person meeting transcription does the same from the mobile app, add-on.
  • Tell me what to change: Custom reports and dashboards are in every edition.
  • Live in Slack or Teams: Agentforce Sales in Slack and Salesforce channels run once the org is connected to the Slack team, with Slack Business+ included from Core, and its interface layer puts Salesforce inside the tools people and agents work in, Slack among them, the prospecting agent delivering in Slack.
  • Reach LinkedIn and WhatsApp from the same desk, at human pace: LinkedIn Sales Navigator sends InMail and connection requests from lead, contact, opportunity and account records with a Sales Navigator Team or Enterprise licence, and cadences carry LinkedIn connection request steps behind listener steps with a time between attempts, with licences.
  • The fifty words a CRM claims: Its grid's own rows: account, contact, lead and opportunity management, lead assignment and routing, a custom sales process, task management and an activity feed, files, Chatter, custom reports and dashboards, roles, permissions and record types, in all six plans or from Pro Suite.

The matrix below carries every cell with the day it was read.

Others record what you did. Belda does the work, and you decide with one key.

Who Salesforce is for.

The enterprise. An agent engages inbound leads, answers, handles objections and books meetings, in the prospect's language, across mail, text and messaging, and logs every action as a task. Its revenue cloud carries quotes, contracts and billing. It is built for a revenue operations team to run.

What Salesforce does well.

Answer every reply and book the meeting from my calendar

does it, its own threads

From the rows below: the Engagement agent reads the replies on its own threads, answers questions from its data library and books through a link from the record owner's calendar, writing in the one language set for the agent; an answer in the prospect's own language, and slots offered by rule inside the answer, were not read.

Find the companies

does it, add-on

Agentforce Prospecting researches target accounts and people for compelling events, finds likely buyers, enriches the buyer circle and hands the seller a list of accounts and contacts ranked on intent and activity signals, with the ideal customer defined in plain words and net new names from Salesforce and outside data vendors; it runs on a schedule so a fresh set waits at the start of the day, draws on the accounts, the reports and the connected vendors' data, and prospects on accounts owned by users who do not run it; an add-on on Core and Advanced, included in Max. A fit reason in words with the sentence it came from was not read.

Write the first letter

does it, add-on

The Engagement agent writes and sends a first letter by e-mail from the lead or contact record and follows up with nudges; Sales Emails drafts a new personalised e-mail each time from CRM data; the voice and tone of agent e-mails can be confirmed before they go out. Whether every claim carries its source was not read.

What accumulates from week one

The record writes itself from every reply and every call: the class each reply fell in, the slots offered, the meeting held, the recap, with the source and the day behind every fact. Every number carries its denominator and says too early under the floor. Every market rule is logged with its reason, and the record of what converted builds list by list.

What it costs to stay

Staying costs the hours. Somebody reads every reply, picks every slot and writes every answer. Belda's price is on its own page.

See the difference on your own list.

Bring your list. Watch the agent read it, write to it, and hold what needs you.
