Switch

Switch from HubSpot.

A suite that grows from marketing into sales and revenue. Belda does the work, and you decide with one key. Your HubSpot comes across with one login, the field map approved before anything is written, undo in one press.

What changes on Monday

On Monday the replies are read for you. Every reply is read into one of twelve classes and answered in its own language; a held reply waits with the answer drafted and the rule that held it, and you approve, edit or dismiss it with one key. In HubSpot, sequences stop on a reply. In HubSpot, the prospecting agent adapts to the contact's preferred language, from our earlier table and not re-read this walk.

The meeting books itself from your calendar. Two genuinely free slots go inside the answer, under your own rules for lead time, hours and meetings a day; the slot ledger refuses a double booking and the invite leaves from you. In HubSpot, scheduling pages over a connected Google or Microsoft 365 calendar.

The deal moves when the work moves. A meeting the agent booked moves the deal on its own, with the reason on the timeline, and only you move it to Won. In HubSpot, mail and meetings from the connected inbox log to the record under logging and never-log rules.

What you keep

Your record. Your HubSpot comes across with one login, the field map approved before anything is written, undo in one press. Nobody you imported gets a letter until you release their market.

Your mailbox, your calendar, your notetaker and your team's chat stay yours. Letters leave from your own mailbox through the send gate, the notetaker you already pay for connects in one press, and Slack or Teams carries the card to the channel you name, where you decide it with the same keys.

Your rules, market by market. A market card sets the default language and the rules for each market, with the reason for each, and the person's own language wins over the card.

What Belda does that HubSpot only recorded: 9 of 19

  • Answer every reply and book the meeting from my calendar. HubSpot: partly. Belda: Every reply read, classified and answered in the prospect's own language, with two free slots from your calendar in the reply itself, not a booking link; a yes books the meeting and the invite goes out from your calendar.
  • Guard every send with code, and let me decide with one key. HubSpot: partly. Belda: The model drafts; the quote guard, the letter guard, the policy check and the slot ledger stand between every draft and the prospect; you decide with one key, and a reply goes out unattended only once that kind of reply has earned it on your own record; step in once, it is pulled back.
  • Run one record from the first letter to the settled invoice, and keep what accumulates mine. HubSpot: partly, across its hubs, bought separately. Belda: One record from the first letter to the meeting, the recap, the quote, the signature and the invoice, yours to export with the source and the day behind every fact, with no other CRM under it.
  • Read every reply. HubSpot: partly. Belda: Twelve classes. A held reply waits with the answer drafted and the rule that held it. A approves, E edits, D dismisses.
  • Book from my calendar. HubSpot: partly. Belda: Two genuinely free slots from the seller's own calendar inside the reply, under the seller's own rules for lead time, hours and meetings a day; the slot ledger refuses a double booking; the invite goes from the seller with the right colleagues on it.
  • Draft the proposal from the call, held for me. HubSpot: partly. Belda: After a held meeting the agent proposes the quote from the transcript and your price book, and it waits for your yes.
  • Live in Slack or Teams. HubSpot: partly. Belda: Slack and Teams connect once for the team and route to the channel you name; the card lands there and you decide it there with the same keys.
  • Reach LinkedIn and WhatsApp from the same desk, at human pace. HubSpot: partly. Belda: LinkedIn and WhatsApp are paired from the seller's own signed-in tab, run as lanes of the same sequence at human pace within a budget you can read, and a reply in any channel stops the sequence and lands on the desk.
  • Bring my old CRM across in one press. HubSpot: partly. Belda: Pipedrive and HubSpot come across with one login; the field map is approved before anything is written, an import undoes, a second run adds only what is new, and nobody imported gets a letter until you release their market; any other CRM comes across by file with the columns mapped once.

What HubSpot does well: 10 of 19

  • Find the companies: The prospecting agent works from a Play (segments, personas, the signals that fire: job posts, funding, leadership change, technology adoption), finds and enriches the contacts and drafts the letters with a one-line reason to reach out, on Starter and up, Starter and up.
  • Write the first letter: The prospecting agent researches the company and the contact and drafts personalised letters.
  • Send from my own mailbox: Sequence mails are one-to-one sales mails from a connected personal inbox, not marketing mail.
  • Answer in the prospect's language: The prospecting agent adapts to the contact's preferred language, from our earlier table and not re-read this walk, the agent's letters.
  • Record itself: Mail and meetings from the connected inbox log to the record under logging and never-log rules.
  • Join my calls: The notetaker records and takes notes in Zoom, Meet and Teams meetings and, without a bot in the room, from the recordings the platform already makes, proposing CRM updates.
  • Quote and sign: Quotes with e-signature and payment, quote templates, approvals and rules, Revenue Hub Professional.
  • Invoice: Invoices, payment links and subscriptions are on the free plan.
  • Tell me what to change: Dashboards and a reports list on the free plan, and the assistant tells you what a report shows and writes a report from a sentence.
  • The fifty words a CRM claims: Contacts, companies, deals, tickets, tasks, calls and meetings as objects with saved views, quick filters, boards and tables, a cell on a table or a card edited in place and autosaved, an invalid value underlined red with its cause and an undo offered where the edit happened for a short time, by its help articles of April to September 2026.

The matrix below carries every cell with the day it was read.

Others record what you did. Belda does the work, and you decide with one key.

Who HubSpot is for.

A team that wants marketing, sales and service in one suite and will staff it. Sales reaches into prospecting, quotes, signatures, invoices and payments, and an agent finds accounts and writes the first letters; the more of the suite you buy, the more it does. Meetings are booked through a link the prospect picks from.

What HubSpot does well.

Find the companies

does it, Starter and up

The prospecting agent works from a Play (segments, personas, the signals that fire: job posts, funding, leadership change, technology adoption), finds and enriches the contacts and drafts the letters with a one-line reason to reach out, on Starter and up; the new contacts it finds come from a data provider the customer connects with their own account, one provider at a time and switched on per Play, with a charge for each lead the agent recommends; the data agent researches companies from a prompt with a playground; buyer intent and research intent name the companies visiting the site; a pooled contact discovery announced for 4 August 2026, to find, verify and add new contacts inside the product with decision-makers ranked first, was withdrawn before it took effect, its announcement carrying a notice that those terms are no longer in effect, by its staff post of 25 June 2026 read 30 September, and the switch for model training and the switch for enrichment data sharing are two switches, by its staff on a thread of 1 July 2026; the vendor's own collection of essential sales apps of 11 June 2026 puts an outside enrichment tool first, with its many data providers and its web research, for enriching contacts and companies; the prospecting agent times its follow-ups by a reply, a visit or an open rather than a fixed delay and researches company sites, news and the record's history into the first touch with a selling profile per segment, by its article of 16 September 2026; its daily prospecting digest names the signal behind each company, by its product update of May 2026; a market card prints the addressable market as a company count beside the share already in the record and the remainder as opportunity, from six firmographic filters, by its articles of 31 December 2025 and 24 September 2026; research intent reads as one of four level words from a thirty-day change refreshed daily, by the same article; a saved intent view becomes a standing rule that adds the matching companies to the record, a static segment or a workflow, with a health state per destination and a monthly cap, by its article of 1 September 2026; and its enrichment page opens on six outcome cards, enriched contacts and companies that became qualified leads, sat on a created deal or on a won deal, before any coverage prose, every card a dash on a free portal, walked by the HubSpot lane on 30 September; its own enrichment names no provider and is described as the vendor's own commercial dataset, while the prospecting agent's four outside sources are named on its page and connected one at a time; a new record is enriched on creation by a setting and an import carries an enrich box, automatic enrichment filling blank values alone and manual enrichment allowed to overwrite, by its articles of 20 July and 16 September 2026; its data agreement of 16 September 2026 makes the vendor the controller of the professional enrichment data it gathers for that dataset and puts the duty to delete an enrichment output without a lawful basis on the customer; and its buyer-intent page walked on 30 September opened behind a sheet the earlier shot had not shown, so the working screen the walk described stands unread until the re-shoot; buyer intent is configured as markets by company attributes and visitor criteria of path operators, minimum visits and visitors, a window inside ninety days, a country and up to a hundred excluded domains, with page recommendations ranked by conversion and confidence against the homepage's own baseline, an automatic add from a saved view at a charge for each company added and a backfill paid for apart, the tracking code sharing the domain, the visitor id, the address, the time and the path with the vendor, by its article of 31 March 2026; before enrichment is paid for, a scan reports the match rate and the coverage per property over the whole base or over up to a hundred chosen records split into eligible and ineligible, personal mail domains left out, by its article of 15 January 2026; a contact created by import, by hand or by a sync collects no page views until a form is submitted or a tracked mail is clicked, by its article of 2 September 2026; and a workflow action reads a company's domain and infers what it sells and the problems it solves for the prospecting agent's selling profile, three thousand runs a month, by its article of 3 August 2026.

read on 28 September 2026, walked; the provider clause from its product page and a knowledge base article updated 16 September 2026, read 30 September 2026; the withdrawn discovery, the two switches and the apps collection from the teardown's community round 2 of 30 September 2026; the follow-up timing, the digest's reason, the market card, the level words, the saved view's rule and the outcome cards from the HubSpot lane's feature map round 2 of 30 September 2026; the enrichment's source and rules from its help centre, the controller clause from its data agreement, the intent page from the lane's re-read of its shots, read by the HubSpot lane's round 3 of 30 September 2026; the intent configuration, the coverage check, the tracking rule and the profile inference from its help centre, read by the HubSpot lane's round 3 of 30 September 2026

Write the first letter

does it

The prospecting agent researches the company and the contact and drafts personalised letters; Breeze writes and refines a mail in Gmail from the CRM data and the thread; templates and snippets carry personalisation tokens with a fallback when a property is empty; what the assistant writes from is a context home that opens on a coverage meter and a summary admitting it has too little, eight areas each with a manage or import link beside what is missing, and the vendor's own adoption guide lists five switches, nine permissions and a brand kit, profile, ideal customer profiles, personas and products to fill before its outputs stop being generic, by its articles of 16 September 2026 and the walk of 30 September; the prospecting agent's first touch is written from the company's site, its news and the record's history in more than two hundred languages with a selling profile per segment, by its article of 16 September 2026; every claim sourced was not read; an assistant has drafted sales mails in the mail extension since June 2023 and rewritten, shortened and re-toned the inbox composer's text since August 2023, subject lines and preview text written without a prompt since 2024, by its release notes of those months; a split test divides any mail step of a sequence between two templates and reports on both since September 2023 on the professional tier, by its release notes of that month and an academy card read 30 September; and a property carries data-entry instructions written for people and for its agents, naming the format and which option to pick, which agent reads them documented nowhere, by its article of 28 August 2026; a brand assistant is added from its agent marketplace and configured with a welcome message, instructions, web browsing and knowledge vaults of files and filtered records, tested in a preview and called from any editor's assistant icon, by its article of 29 September 2026; its brand voice runs in six languages, none of them Nordic, and the vendor's own note warns that the model is inconsistent outside English, by its articles of 25 and 29 September 2026; and a quote template's cover letter and executive summary can be set to write themselves on every new quote from the line items and from the deal's activity, meeting transcripts, notes and mails among it, under writing guidelines of tone, structure and constraints, by its articles of 24 September 2026.

Send from my own mailbox

does it

Sequence mails are one-to-one sales mails from a connected personal inbox, not marketing mail; the inbox connects by Outlook or Google from the contacts list's banner; sending limits on each connected account, at most three sequence mails a minute and a thousand sequence enrolments an inbox a day, a bulk enrolment taking fifty contacts at a time, by its own assistant and its developer guide on 30 September, an administrator capping the mails a user sends in a minute since February 2025, not on the lowest plans, by its help article of 3 August 2026 and its product updates; no test mode plays a sequence through without its delays, the way its assistant offers being a copy with shortened delays; a shared mailbox in Outlook cannot be connected as a team inbox, each shared address needing its own login, by the vendor's staff on its own community board; the sales extension logs and tracks from Gmail and Outlook; marketing mail and sales mail are two tools with two send paths, the vendor's own network under a sending domain against the connected mailbox's own, two limits, two consent rules and two bounce reports, its academy publishing a film on when to use which, by its article of 8 September 2026; a likely undeliverable address is flagged as an enrichment attribute before the send, the sender score reads reply and bounce rates only after a hundred ended enrolments, and the sequences tool charts today's and the scheduled sends against the inbox's limit, by its product updates of February 2025 and February 2026 and its article of 30 January 2026; a bounced address stays dead unless the account holds a paid marketing or content tier with the permissions to clear it, an action its own assistant on a lower tier did not expect to exist, by its help centre and its assistant on 30 September; an attachment on a sequence step is an ask its own board marks not planned since 2020, a one-to-one mail taking a file of up to twenty megabytes and failing whole above it, by its article of 31 July 2026; a sequence's scheduled mails fail silently once the mailbox's access is revoked at its provider, by its article of 10 September 2026, and an undo window after a send is an ask its board marks in development since 2020; an edit to a live sequence's order, delays, templates or tasks reaches only the contacts enrolled after the save, those already in it needing an unenrolment and a re-enrolment to follow the new steps, by its article of 26 June 2026; two send limits apply to a sequence and the lower wins, the connected provider's and its own, three hundred and fifty a day from a free consumer inbox and a thousand from a work inbox, five hundred sequence sends a day for a professional-tier sender and a thousand for an enterprise one, with a warning while enrolling near the limit and a daily figure at the foot of the tool, by its article of 3 August 2026; its newer subscription model raises the professional sender's cap to a thousand a day and caps sequences at five thousand an account, by its legal supplement read 30 September; and an unsubscribe link sits in one-to-one mail by default for accounts created since 4 September 2024, open and click tracking redirecting through the customer's own domain since May 2024, by its release notes of those months; one privacy switch turns on seven behaviours at once, an unsubscribe link on sales and sequence mail, a legal-basis banner on records in the sales extension, consent fields on import and bulk edit and no open or click tracking for a contact without a legal basis among them, on by default for an account hosted in the European region, by its article of 11 September 2026; with open and click tracking off seventeen features degrade, a sequence's branches and a workflow's triggers among them, by its article of 19 September 2026; the undo-send ask of August 2020 was marked in development by its staff on 8 December 2025 for the inbox and the help desk first, so the mark and not the ask dates from then, and assigning the tasks a sequence creates to different people is an ask its board has held as submitted since September 2018, by its board's status labels; and in its release notes the sequence tool's last public iteration is September 2023, outcome reporting, the split test, step analytics and the phone, four items counted by the lane against none in the eleven monthly posts of 2025.

What Belda does that HubSpot records.

Three of the nineteen.

Answer every reply and book the meeting from my calendar

HubSpot: partly

Every reply read, classified and answered in the prospect's own language, with two free slots from your calendar in the reply itself, not a booking link; a yes books the meeting and the invite goes out from your calendar.

read on the product as it launches, re-read 1 October 2026

Guard every send with code, and let me decide with one key

HubSpot: partly

The model drafts; the quote guard, the letter guard, the policy check and the slot ledger stand between every draft and the prospect; you decide with one key, and a reply goes out unattended only once that kind of reply has earned it on your own record; step in once, it is pulled back.

Run one record from the first letter to the settled invoice, and keep what accumulates mine

HubSpot: partly

One record from the first letter to the meeting, the recap, the quote, the signature and the invoice, yours to export with the source and the day behind every fact, with no other CRM under it.

read on the product as it launches, re-read 1 October 2026

What accumulates from week one

The record writes itself from every reply and every call: the class each reply fell in, the slots offered, the meeting held, the recap, with the source and the day behind every fact. Every number carries its denominator and says too early under the floor. Every market rule is logged with its reason, and the record of what converted builds list by list.

What it costs to stay

Staying costs the hours. Somebody reads every reply, picks every slot and writes every answer. Belda's price is on its own page.

See the difference on your own list.

Bring your list. Watch the agent read it, write to it, and hold what needs you.
