This is the same guide your team reads inside the product, and it changes when the product changes.
What the agent does for you every morning
Every morning, once your mailbox and your calendar are connected, the agent reads them and puts what it found on your home page: the replies that came in, the meetings ahead of you and the companies that moved.
It writes what it thinks you would write. Letters, replies and follow-ups are drafted in your name and left for you, never sent on your behalf while you were away.
Nothing it wrote counts until you say yes. What it is holding for you waits in one inbox, and that is the one list you need to clear.
The three keys on your inbox
With a draft selected in your inbox, three keys decide it without reaching for the mouse.
A
Approves the draft.
E
Opens it for editing.
D
Discards it.
Drafts mode
Every workspace starts in drafts mode: nothing leaves your mailbox until you press send. The agent writes into your own drafts folder, and approving hands the letter over to be written there on its next pass.
That is the safe way to start. You read what the agent wrote, change what you would have said differently, and send it yourself.
A workspace can be switched over later, so that approving sends. When it is, there is a short window to take a letter back, and a check can still hold what you approved. Your workspace tells you which mode it is in.
The three keys only work in the inbox, and only with a draft selected. Anywhere else they type the letter.
Where your meetings, deals and replies live
Home is your day: what the agent found, what it wrote for you and what it is holding.
Your CRM is the record: companies, people and the deals board, with every meeting, letter and reply on the record it belongs to.
Your inbox is what waits for you: the drafts and replies that need your yes before anything happens.
