Find
You tell the agent which companies you care about, or you let it find them. It reads what is public about each one and writes down why it fits you and why now.
You stop it here: nothing is written to anyone until you approve the list.
Write
The first email is written in your voice, from your own mailbox, signed by you, in the language your reader works in. Every claim has to come from something your team approved or from the company's own site.
You stop it here: your first week runs in drafts, so you read every email before it goes.
Answer
A reply comes in. The agent reads it, works out what kind of reply it is and answers in the language it was written in. When it will not answer on its own, it says which rule stopped it.

Book
The agent offers slots that are genuinely free in your calendar, inside the rules you set: how much notice, how many meetings in a day, your working hours, the days you are away.
You stop it here: you say whether the meeting happened. Nobody marks that for you.
Record
The company, the person, the deal, the emails and the meeting go onto the record while the work happens, instead of being typed up afterwards.
Nothing to stop here. Keeping your own record is not something the agent does on your behalf.
What waits for you
Some replies the agent will not answer on its own. Those wait in one inbox, each with the answer already drafted and one line saying what stopped it. You approve, edit or discard.
Before anything leaves, and before any meeting is booked, the check runs and writes down what it allowed, what it refused and which rule decided. That log sits in your workspace and you can read it whenever you like.
