Switch from Lightfield.

An AI-native CRM that updates itself from every interaction and runs pipeline generation as a service. Belda does the work, and you decide with one key. Your Lightfield export comes across as a file, deduplicated by domain, name and e-mail, the field map approved before anything is written.

What changes on Monday

On Monday the replies are read for you. Every reply is read into one of twelve classes and answered in its own language; a held reply waits with the answer drafted and the rule that held it, and you approve, edit or dismiss it with one key. In Lightfield, an inbound e-mail or LinkedIn message, an out-of-office auto-reply included, stops every live sequence for that contact and the outcome reads Replied. In Lightfield, this was not read on 2 October 2026.

The meeting books itself from your calendar. Two genuinely free slots go inside the answer, under your own rules for lead time, hours and meetings a day; the slot ledger refuses a double booking and the invite leaves from you. In Lightfield, asked in chat to schedule a follow-up, the agent reads Google or Outlook calendar availability and includes only open times.

The deal moves when the work moves. A meeting the agent booked moves the deal on its own, with the reason on the timeline, and only you move it to Won. In Lightfield, connect mail and calendar and accounts, contacts and opportunities create themselves under a record-creation mode (off, when someone responds, when you reach out, always) with a back-sync of 30 days up to 24 months.

What you keep

Your record. Your Lightfield export comes across as a file, deduplicated by domain, name and e-mail, the field map approved before anything is written. Nobody you imported gets a letter until you release their market.

Your mailbox, your calendar, your notetaker and your team's chat stay yours. Letters leave from your own mailbox through the send gate, the notetaker you already pay for connects in one press, and Slack or Teams carries the card to the channel you name, where you decide it with the same keys.

Your rules, market by market. A market card sets the default language and the rules for each market, with the reason for each, and the person's own language wins over the card.

What Belda does that Lightfield only recorded: 12 of 19

  • Answer every reply and book the meeting from my calendar. Lightfield: partly. Belda: Every reply read, classified and answered in the prospect's own language, with two free slots from your calendar in the reply itself, not a booking link; a yes books the meeting and the invite goes out from your calendar.
  • Guard every send with code, and let me decide with one key. Lightfield: partly. Belda: The model drafts; the quote guard, the letter guard, the policy check and the slot ledger stand between every draft and the prospect; you decide with one key, and a reply goes out unattended only once that kind of reply has earned it on your own record; step in once, it is pulled back.
  • Run one record from the first letter to the settled invoice, and keep what accumulates mine. Lightfield: partly. Belda: One record from the first letter to the meeting, the recap, the quote, the signature and the invoice, yours to export with the source and the day behind every fact, with no other CRM under it.
  • Read every reply. Lightfield: partly. Belda: Twelve classes. A held reply waits with the answer drafted and the rule that held it. A approves, E edits, D dismisses.
  • Answer in the prospect's language. Lightfield: not read. Belda: The language is read off the reply itself and the answer is written in it within minutes; the market card sets the default and the person's own language wins.
  • Book from my calendar. Lightfield: partly. Belda: Two genuinely free slots from the seller's own calendar inside the reply, under the seller's own rules for lead time, hours and meetings a day; the slot ledger refuses a double booking; the invite goes from the seller with the right colleagues on it.
  • Draft the proposal from the call, held for me. Lightfield: partly. Belda: After a held meeting the agent proposes the quote from the transcript and your price book, and it waits for your yes.
  • Quote and sign. Lightfield: partly, a proposal skill. Belda: Pick the product and the deal adds up; the quote leaves from the deal with TCV, MRR and ARR; it goes out for signature and the deal comes back Won on its own.
  • Invoice. Lightfield: partly. Belda: The first invoice is drafted where your money is counted; the invoice that went out sits on the deal with whether it was paid, and the agent never upsells a customer with an unpaid invoice.
  • Live in Slack or Teams. Lightfield: partly. Belda: Slack and Teams connect once for the team and route to the channel you name; the card lands there and you decide it there with the same keys.
  • Reach LinkedIn and WhatsApp from the same desk, at human pace. Lightfield: partly. Belda: LinkedIn and WhatsApp are paired from the seller's own signed-in tab, run as lanes of the same sequence at human pace within a budget you can read, and a reply in any channel stops the sequence and lands on the desk.
  • Bring my old CRM across in one press. Lightfield: partly. Belda: Pipedrive and HubSpot come across with one login; the field map is approved before anything is written, an import undoes, a second run adds only what is new, and nobody imported gets a letter until you release their market; any other CRM comes across by file with the columns mapped once.

What Lightfield does well: 7 of 19

  • Find the companies: Build ICP reads won, lost and churned deals and writes the ideal customer, the buyer persona and the anti-profile as files.
  • Write the first letter: The agent writes each touch at send time from four fields (persona, value proposition, trigger, call to action), a per-step prompt and the contact's record, with no merge-tag template.
  • Send from my own mailbox: E-mail leaves from the seller's own connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox once sequences are enabled for it, paced at 20 a day (ceiling 50) with 3 to 8 minute gaps, or from warmed mailboxes on separate domains at 50 a day each.
  • Record itself: Connect mail and calendar and accounts, contacts and opportunities create themselves under a record-creation mode (off, when someone responds, when you reach out, always) with a back-sync of 30 days up to 24 months.
  • Join my calls: A built-in notetaker joins external Zoom, Meet and Teams calls from the calendar, internal meetings excluded by default and the bot renamed in settings.
  • Tell me what to change: Dashboards on Pro with metric, bar, line, pie, radar, table and markdown reports built in chat, drill-down to the records behind a value, date filters and CSV download, and point-in-time questions from field history.
  • The fifty words a CRM claims: Accounts, contacts, opportunities, tasks, notes, meetings, e-mails, lists and target lists, custom objects and relationships, multiple pipelines, table and kanban views with filters and private views, formula and conditional fields, field sections and display settings, field history, record merge, bulk delete and restore, CSV import and export, an API on every entity, admin and member roles with object write permissions in preview, single sign-on and role-based access on Enterprise.

Who Lightfield is for.

A team that wants an AI-native record that updates itself, a review inbox with approve and dismiss, skills for research, call prep, recaps and follow-ups, and pipeline generation delivered as a forward-deployed service over a few weeks.

What Lightfield does well.

Find the companies

does it

Build ICP reads won, lost and churned deals and writes the ideal customer, the buyer persona and the anti-profile as files; find target accounts searches for 200 to 500 companies like the ones you win, skips those already in the CRM and lists what it rejected and why; a scoring automation gives each account a score out of 100 with labels and a written reason, checked on one account, then ten, then batches of 100; find target contacts adds about five people per company and a verification pass confirms e-mails and LinkedIn profiles; the pipeline generation page sells the same as a forward-deployed service.

Write the first letter

does it

The agent writes each touch at send time from four fields (persona, value proposition, trigger, call to action), a per-step prompt and the contact's record, with no merge-tag template; a test run composes every step as a draft for one contact and sends nothing; the craft rules are built in (one idea per e-mail, a real trigger, one ask, a ban list of automated phrases) and a draft that fails the quality check pauses the enrolment; whether a claim is checked against a source was not read.

Send from my own mailbox

does it

E-mail leaves from the seller's own connected Gmail or Outlook mailbox once sequences are enabled for it, paced at 20 a day (ceiling 50) with 3 to 8 minute gaps, or from warmed mailboxes on separate domains at 50 a day each; a sequence sends only from the accounts designated on it; HTML signatures attach to connected mailboxes; bounce detection marks an address undeliverable; the API sends and drafts through the connected mailbox that owns the from address.

Lightfield: partly

What accumulates from week one

The record writes itself from every reply and every call: the class each reply fell in, the slots offered, the meeting held, the recap, with the source and the day behind every fact. Every number carries its denominator and says too early under the floor. Every market rule is logged with its reason, and the record of what converted builds list by list.

What it costs to stay

Staying costs the hours. Somebody reads every reply, picks every slot and writes every answer. Belda's price is on its own page.

See the difference on your own list.

Bring your list. Watch the agent read it, write to it, and hold what needs you.
